Eco Lux Salon Booking Policy Welcome to Eco Lux Salon! Please review our booking policy below to ensure a smooth experience: 1. Booking & Confirmation • Book online, by phone, or in person. A confirmation message will be sent once your appointment is secured. 2. Deposit • A deposit may be required at booking, non-refundable but applied toward your service. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows • Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee or deposit forfeiture. 4. Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period applies. Arrivals beyond that may require rescheduling and incur a $25 late fee. 5. Service Changes • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any service adjustments. 6. Refunds & Satisfaction • No refunds on services; contact us within 48 hours if you’re unsatisfied. All services are paid with Cash , Zella, or Apple Pay, Cards can be use with a fee of 4%. Fee 7. Health & Safety • Inform us of any allergies.
